|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|How do I return my product?|

|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your return policy?|
|If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, use our simple return process to return it within 30 days(some restrictions apply). All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories.
Please call us at to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged.
Once our Returns Department has received and inspected your return, your refund or exchange will be issued within two business days.
If you have an overweight/oversized item that was shipped to you via a Freight/LTL carrier, The TV Bar will arrange for the carrier to pick the product up directly from your home. The return shipping price will be sent to you before it is picked up.
Any Television must be opened and inspected at the time of delivery, if there is any damage or defect it must be refused and given back to the trucking company. Once the unit is signed for and accepted by you or the consignee, you waive all rights to file a claim. we cannot file a claim for any damage with the shipping company once it is signed and accepted
you must remove the box and inspect the contents inside before signing for delivery.
If the product is damaged please notate the damage on the delivery form and refuse the package, at that point please notify us of the damage so we may file a claim and replace/refund your product at your discretion.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.|
