|Do you ship to my country?|
|Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.|
|What are my payment choices?|
|During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.|
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.|
|What is the return policy?|
|If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, use our simple return process to return it within 30 days(some restrictions apply). All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged.
**PLEASE NOTE IF YOU REFUSE, CANCEL OR RETURN AN ORDER AFTER THE UNIT HAS SHIPPED YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS AND A 10% RESTOCKING FEE**
Once our Returns Department has received and inspected your return, your refund or exchange will be issued within two business days.
If you have an overweight/oversized item that was shipped to you via a Freight/LTL carrier, The TV Bar will arrange for the carrier to pick the product up directly from your home. The return shipping price will be sent to you before it is picked up.
Any Television must be opened and inspected at the time of delivery, if there is any damage or defect it must be refused and given back to the trucking company. Once the unit is signed for and accepted by you or the consignee, you waive all rights to file a claim. we cannot file a claim for any damage with the shipping company once it is signed and accepted
you must remove the box and inspect the contents inside before signing for delivery.
If the product is damaged please notate the damage on the delivery form and refuse the package, at that point please notify us of the damage so we may file a claim and replace/refund your product at your discretion.
